Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the returns dashboard.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
