How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping can deliver your items within 3-5 business days once shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-made dresses and final sale items are non-returnable.

How do I choose the correct size?

We highly recommend checking our specific Size Chart located on each product page. Use a measuring tape to find your bust, waist, and hip measurements to ensure the perfect fit before ordering.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Order modifications or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the production or fulfillment stage and cannot be changed.
